Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Shipping Costs Return shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dsuniaga002@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items Replacement filters and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.
